Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Deposits

A Booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.

For private events and scheduled pottery experiences, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your date and secure our time for your event.

The $50 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your event as long as you attend your scheduled event.

If you cancel your event or fail to attend, the $50 deposit will not be refunded or transferred.

Deposit

2. Payments

Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking.

Prices may vary depending on the type of event, number of participants, pottery pieces, materials, firing, specialty glazes, or additional services requested.

Additional charges may apply for extra guests, additional pottery pieces, specialty materials, or services not included in the original booking.

3. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable because it reserves your date and our time specifically for your event.

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated when possible and are subject to availability. A new deposit fee will be required for a new booking.

4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

If you do not attend your scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced studio time or changes to the scheduled activity so that the next appointment or event can begin on time.

5. Pottery & Kiln Firing

Ceramics are handmade and involve natural variations and risks during drying, glazing, and kiln firing.

Pottery may occasionally crack, warp, break, blister, discolor, or otherwise change during the ceramic process. While we take reasonable care with every piece, kiln firing results cannot be guaranteed.

Because of the handmade nature of pottery, finished pieces may differ slightly from what was originally created or expected.

We are not responsible for pottery that is damaged or lost as a result of the normal ceramic process, including drying, glazing, or kiln firing.

6. Finished Pottery & Pickup

Customers will be notified when their finished pottery is ready for pickup.

Please pick up completed pieces within 30 days.

Pottery that is not picked up within the 30 day period may be considered abandoned and may be donated, discarded, or otherwise disposed of.

7. Studio Safety & Conduct

All guests are expected to follow studio safety instructions and treat the studs, equipment, staff, and other guests with respect.

Clay, pottery tools, wheels, kilns, glazes, and other studio equipment may present inherent risks.

Participants agree to follow all instructions provided by the studio staff and understand that pottery activities involve physical participation and the use of studio equipment and materials.

Children and minors must be supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise specified for a particular class or event.

We reserve the right to ask anyone who is behaving in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner to leave the studio. No refund or credit will be provided for removal due to inappropriate conduct.

8. Personal Belongings

Please keep track of personal belongings while visiting the studio. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

9. Photos & Social Media

We love sharing the creativity and fun that happens in the studio!

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during classes and events for use on our website, social media, or other promotional materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let us know before your event or session.

10. Studio Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, equipment failure, power outages, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your booking.

If we are unable to provide the scheduled service, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of payments made, including the deposit, as applicable.

11. Website Information

We make every effort to ensure that information, pricing, availability, photographs, and descriptions on our website are accurate.

Because our pottery is handmade, colors, shapes, sizes, and finished results may vary from photographs or examples shown on the website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, change offerings, or modify services as needed.

12. Agreement

By submitting a booking, making a payment, purchasing a service, or participating in an event or pottery activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will become effective when posted.
